LUYISI recently welcomed a client from Saudi Arabia to our factory for the inspection and installation review of a smart lifting window project. During the visit, the client checked the production process, tested the window in operation, and paid close attention to its intelligent control system, rain-sensing auto-closing function, and motor performance. With panel control, remote control, app control, and a quiet yet powerful motor system, the final installation result met the client’s expectations and earned high satisfaction.

For many overseas customers, choosing a supplier is not only about product appearance or price. What matters more is whether the product works smoothly in real use, whether the details are reliable, and whether the factory can truly deliver what was promised.

That was exactly the purpose of this recent visit from our Saudi client.

After a period of communication on window structure, control options, and project requirements, the client came to LUYISI to inspect the factory and review the installation effect of the smart lifting window prepared for his project. Rather than simply looking at samples, he wanted to see the production environment, understand the product logic, and test the window in person before moving forward with the next stage of cooperation.

A visit that built more confidence

By the end of the visit, the client had not only seen the product, but had also experienced the whole process behind it — from factory capability to real operating effect.

What made the strongest impression was not one single feature, but the overall consistency of the product: the smooth lifting action, the multiple control options, the practical rain-sensing response, and the quiet, stable performance of the motor system. These details worked together to give the client greater confidence in the final project application.

After reviewing the installation result and communicating with our team on site, the client expressed clear satisfaction with both the product and the factory. He was pleased with the actual operating experience and spoke highly of LUYISI’s technical support, production quality, and project coordination throughout the process.

For us, this visit was more than a routine factory inspection. It was another reminder that for smart window projects, customers are looking for more than appearance. They want products that are easy to use, reliable in operation, and convincing in real-world performance. And that is exactly what we continue to focus on at LUYISI.

Rain sensor function that adds real value

Another part of the demonstration that left a strong impression was the rain-sensing automatic closing function.

In the client’s view, intelligent products should not stop at remote operation. They should also be able to respond automatically to real situations. This is where the rain sensor became one of the key talking points during the visit.

Once rain is detected, the system can trigger the window to close automatically, helping protect the indoor environment without the user needing to react manually. For projects that value convenience, weather protection, and smarter daily management, this function adds very real value. It is especially useful when the user is away from the window or when weather changes suddenly.

During the discussion, the client responded very positively to this feature, because it made the product feel not only modern, but also genuinely practical.

A motor system that matters more than people think

For electric windows, the motor is not just a component hidden inside the system. It largely determines whether the whole product feels smooth, quiet, and dependable over time.

This smart lifting window is equipped with a motor specially developed for electrically operated windows. According to the motor configuration used in this project, it works on 24V safety voltage, with 20W low power consumption, and achieves ultra-quiet operation as low as 10 dB. In actual testing, this translated into a noticeably calmer and more comfortable user experience.

The motor uses a high-precision custom gear reducer, designed to provide strong meshing performance, stable torque output, and low-current operation. Even under repeated opening and closing, the system remains smooth and controlled. For clients evaluating product quality on site, this kind of performance is often more convincing than any brochure description.

The client also paid attention to several structural advantages built into the motor system.

First, the motor follows an extremely quiet operating principle, which helps reduce friction, vibration, and unnecessary mechanical harshness during lifting.

Second, the system is equipped with a balancer, which means the motor itself does not directly take part in load-bearing. This detail is important because it helps the motor run more steadily, reduces operating stress, and supports a longer service life.

Third, both sides of the sash are raised synchronously, ensuring more balanced movement during operation. This helps the sash maintain proper alignment and reduces the risk of deformation caused by uneven lifting.

These are not just technical points on paper. They directly affect how the window performs after installation, and they were exactly the kinds of details the client wanted to verify during his visit.

Installation Result in Saudi Arabia

Once the windows arrived and were installed, the project began to show the result the client had envisioned from the start.

The intelligent lift windows gave the space a more modern and refined look, while also adding a more convenient way to manage airflow and everyday use. The clean lines of the window system worked well with the building style, and the finished installation helped create a brighter, more comfortable interior feel.

From the client’s perspective, the value of the system was not limited to appearance. The project benefited from a window solution that felt more advanced in operation and more suitable for modern residential living. In a climate like Saudi Arabia, where comfort and indoor environment matter greatly, that difference is meaningful.
